Description
A salute to boat-anchor over-engineering, well rounded aerodynamics, comfortably upholstered, with brute power for the mightiest mountains.
The cover for Amazons & Studebakers, a project that's been pretty much canned.
Based on a suggestion from Pat Pat Moriarity to make a ersatz Graphic Novel out of compiling some of my old Small Press Comics. Plus my idea of doing an abridged Tube Punk and sort of a "The Best of Flexia R. Bast and Doug Holverson". The project ran out of gas when I got dumped on by some haters in a certain Yahoo group. Maybe Yahoos in a more literal Swiftian sense.
Probably about as good as my 1993 art is going to look, along with another posting today, although with recent coloring. If I had to do it again, Flexia would be a little more muscular and bulging in the arms and legs. I would also make her legs a little longer. I would also hatch it differently, because I feel like that I really didn't figure out hatching until a couple of years ago.
BTW, that's a 1947 Studebaker Champion.
